| The Bluebird Garden
The stone walkway leads by a beautiful, brown, three-tiered fountain to a set of steps entering the garden. The Bluebird Garden is hedged by cotoneaster shrubs, the bluebirds’ favorite winter berry in great abundance, as well as pyracantha, which add to the feast. At the corners are larger blackhaw viburnums, whose berries are also favored by the bluebirds. In the center of the garden is a birdhouse in which bluebirds have taken up residence for more than 40 years, or 6 generations. A bench is available to sit and rest and enjoy the bluebirds.
